Poorna Swasthya is a nutrition and wellness practice led by Dr. Poornima Bhat, based in Mysuru, Karnataka, India. This notice covers the website at poornaswasthya.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. If you use the enquiry form, that is your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address (if you provide one), the health area you would like help with, and your message.
If you go on to become a client, we will separately collect health, dietary and lifestyle information needed to give you safe and appropriate guidance. That process is explained to you at the time, and is not part of this website.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and answer your questions.
- To arrange a wellness assessment or consultation if you ask for one.
- To keep a record of professional enquiries and collaborations.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How it reaches us
Enquiries submitted through this site are delivered to our email inbox by an email delivery service. The message is transmitted over an encrypted connection. Spam protection may check your submission to confirm it comes from a person rather than an automated script.
Booking an appointment
The appointment calendar is provided by a third-party scheduling service. When you open the booking page, that service loads in your browser and receives the details you enter to make the booking — your name, email address and chosen time — along with your time zone so that slots display correctly. It uses these to confirm and remind you about your appointment. We see the resulting booking; we do not receive any browsing history from it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as they are useful for responding to and following up on your query, and are deleted when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. If aggregate visitor analytics are enabled, they are privacy-preserving and do not identify individual visitors.
Your choices
